Bio: Cora Teixeira has a degree in Portuguese Decorative Arts and a Master’s in Museology. 

She began her professional career in 2005 at the Regional Directorate for Culture, where she worked between 2007 and 2020 in the current Directorate for Cultural Heritage Services. 

Since August 2020, she has been Director of Tourism Qualification Services at Madeira Tourism Board, and coordinator of Madeira’s sustainability management structure, abbreviated to DMO (Destination Management Organisation), since January 2022.
