With over 20 years experience in high end technology markets from a legal and compliance
perspective, has since early in her career, been connected globally to innovation and digital
development in various industries, including Defense, Transport, Space and Information and
Communication Technology (ICT).
Being a specialist lawyer in International Law and Intellectual Property Law, post graduated in
Compliance and European and Economic Criminal Law, is also a registered Privacy Officer with the International Association of Privacy Professionals and one of the few women certified in International Trade in Arms Regulations.

Legal 500, has a vast knowledge and first-hand experience in the areas of Data Protection and
Cybersecurity. Most recently has been in charge of defining the Digital Transformation process for the Autonomous Region of Madeira, directed the government IT department and is currently working with the various government entities in the transformation of society through technology, powered by a strong belief in humanity, sustainability, a circular economy and the value of tradition and culture as the foundations for a successful evolution.
